Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first submitting a return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order and contact us immediately at info@gantelius.se if the item is defective or damaged, so we can assess the issue and make it right.

14-Day Withdrawal Period in the EU

If goods are delivered within the EU, you are entitled—regardless of the above—to withdraw or return your order within 14 days without providing any specific reason. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
